Totally appropriate too, counters all the s*** i have had to listen this week, about how poor Chelsea were robbed, conspired against etc etc. Everyone concerned is so quick to point at the ref, but they totally ignore or forget about the Abidal sending off, like it never happened.Like we didnt have just 10 men for 1/2 hour.
don't grow up too fast and don't embrace the past this life's too good to last
it's been a hetic week for me, obviously the highlight being the trip to Stamford bridge on weds. Words can't describe it so I'll let these guys do the explaining:
Talking to my UK friends I feel like I'm taking crazy pills - the terms "dominate" and "own" and "control" simply can never describe a game where you have less then 40% possession despite being a man up for a good chunk of time. The Blues countered and created more clear chances, but ultimately they mentally collapsed after being without the ball for so long
The sentence has been called...Drogba received a 4-match ban and Bosingwa a three-match ban in next year's CL. This will barely affect Chelsea though, as the big games come later on in the competition. Heck, if i were to play 4 Barca fully knowing the outcome of such decisions, i'd "accidentally" step on his balls as he lays to the ground in one of his trademark dives!
I still feel a rush whenever i see the highlights of this game...such suspense, such drama! I have a hunch we'll meet Chelsea again in next year's CL, as well as Inter!
