Adebayor and Toure in City bust-up

Manchester City defender Kolo Toure and striker Emmanuel Adebayor had to be separated by team-mates following a scrap at the club's training ground on Tuesday.

The bust-up erupted as manager Roberto Mancini's side were completing preparations for Wednesday's crucial trip to Arsenal and involved the former Gunners team-mates.

City travel to Arsenal for match that will be a stern test of their Premier League title credentials, but Toure and Adebayor's training ground clash on the eve of the game is not ideal preparation for Mancini.

Pictures of half a dozen team-mates moving in to quell the set-to were circulated on the internet, forcing City officials to insist there was no major issue and the matter had quickly been sorted.

In December Mario Balotelli was involved in a confrontation with German defender Jerome Boateng and there have been rumours of player unrest at Eastlands for a number of months.

The latest scuffle is unlikely to affect Mancini's team selection on Wednesday night though and Adebayor was unlikely to be involved against his former club anyway as he seems set to end his unhappy spell at City during the current transfer window.

I wonder if he's really 'happy' at Man City.

Adebayor in a another fight...no way....

The guy could start an argument with a stuffed animal.
I'll give you a memorable quote after you pass me that beer and shot.

Yaya Toure now claiming that Man City can be bigger than Barça.
I have lost so much respect for this guy. Happy he's gone now.

He must be on cracks. Money alone cannot buy title. Proven by Real Madrid.

He seems to be performing very well for Man City. Anybody wants him back?
