Apparently not no.

Sporting have revealed that Barcelona will be entitled to 20 per cent of the profit any future sale of Jeffren generates, with no mention of a buy-back clause for the Catalan club

Official: Sporting pay 3.75M for Jeffren, who joins on a 5-year deal with a buy-out fee of 30M. Barcelona get 20% of a future sale

3.75 M, good that our board didn't release him for free. Classy words from Jeffren who thanked team, staff and didn't moan about Guardiola. All the best for him in Portugal.

well i read this:
Together with the announcement of the sale, Barcelona revealed on Thursday morning they will have the chance to buy back the winger for €8m at the end of the 2011-12 season, and for €12m once the 2012-13 campaign comes to an end.

buy-back options seem like a standard with us now, probably because of Cesc fiasco, and i approve it, why let talents go for pennys and spend millions on them later on.
