It seems like we don't have a mechanism of dealing with this at the mo. I mean look at all the matches we fail to win. We are always the team with the most possession (except maybe against Villareal) yet we dont always win. This could be cured by improving our scoring rate. But the will always those sorta matches where we will be unlucky for goals. In these matches we will need to be able to control the little damage exerted by our counterparts. This problem dates back to as far back as i can remember. We lost to Real in the CL from two counter-attacks at the Nou Camp. If my memory serves me well, Real only had like three real scoring chances and they scored two. The final score was 2-0. Do you guys feel Frank can deal with it? Is it just a matter of getting all our players fit? Or do we just concede that we are Barca (the team that plays to feet and wins on more goals than the Opponents).

I've seen quite a lot of Inter matches on Eurosport this season and Mancini is as tactically naive as they come.

Seriously though, Rijkaard has done ok. However, it isn't good enough for the team to continue as it is. Changes are required - to the squad, to tactics and maybe the coach - for the team to be competitive against the very best

I am confident i would be better than Rijkaard, get a good coaching staff in to take care of the players and I would be able to pick and motivate and sign a better 11

Frank Out?

Postby FoRcA_bArCa!!! » Sun Apr 17, 2005 7:20 pm

there are questions about his managerial skills
1. When he comes up against a beta manager he gets out managed
2. dosent no how 2 use subs i.e against madrid he took guily off and put maxi on but wen eto'o went off he put damia on  wot the hell is going on ther
3. He must nt do shooting practice because although we are one of the onli teams in the world that cud walk it in to the net, we just dn't like to shoot from distance.

The rumour is around of his skills !!!!!!!!!!!

For me:

1. Guus Hiddink
2. Didier Deschamps

I would love if we signed Guus next season.

You have been warned.

Paul LeGuen is apparently leaving Lyon, would be an interesting choice.
