if that was to happen in anyway, i think it should be above 20m! per season, since its the club's first sponser,,,, not 50m for 3 seasons = 16m per season, thats a louzy sum

50m is a huge part of our debt paid off though. I think that is the reason why the club won't dismiss the idea completely.

iknow 50m is huge, but last year they said it was going to be the most paid shirtsponser in the world, and 16m per season is not the best sponsered shirt in the world, i think madrididstia new shirtdeal = 19m per season with BenQ,, so we need a better figure since we play the best foobtball on planet! and surely better than madrid's one!, AT LEAST 8)

If we were to ruin our shirt, it couldn't be for less than 25mill a season.

exactly thats what am saying, although 25m is impossible figure but sounds nice:P,,, i know madrid's new one is 19m and juve is already 19m, chelsea samsung 14 or 12 am not sure,, so 20-22m for barca would be good 8)

Same thoughts IraqiCulé. I always thought having plain shirt (without sponsorship) is the best. I still believe the 'UNICEF' thing ruined our shirt, maybe that's because we did not have sponsorhip before.

The UNICEF agreement is the one exception to the shirt sponsorship that didn't hurt the club's great image. Instead of selling out, we are giving back. No other club has the high ideals or self justificiation to do something like this. I will dearly disappointed if that sponsorship is true, but it is probably an inevitability in today's economic climate.
On a side note, the idea of shirt sponsors is foreign to us here in the states. I don't think any major sports clubs have sold advertising space across the chest of the shirt. The shirt should be sacred and not for sale.

If it brings us more income, then why not. It's not going to interfere with the Unisef deal that's in place.
Barca is a big Club and it deserves to be up there with the likes of the Mancs and Madrid Scum.
